Founders Journey
Shawn O'Reilly began his carpet installation career at just 17, working alongside his father, who had entered the trade after serving World War II.
By the age of 18, Shawn had earned his master mechanic certification and was leading crews of more than 20 installers on large-scale hospitality, resort and casino projects. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, ability to beat deadlines and dedication- sometimes working over 100 consecutive days- Shawn has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results on time.
Experience
Many of our flooring mechanics have been with us since the very beginning, 2008, contributing to a remarkable combined total of 185 years of wool carpet installation expertise. Our team consists primarily of second and third-generation Master Mechanics.

Every mechanic undergoes a rigorous background check to ensure you receive the “A Team" every time. Our installers are easily recognizable in their professional uniforms, trained to meet the high standards expected in prestigious properties, including five-star hotels, luxury resorts, country clubs, casinos, and projects requiring security clearances.

No project is too big or too far! While our headquarters are in Atlanta, we travel internationally to locations such as the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, and Jamaica.
